1. Returns

At Petra Flower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:

3. Exchanges
